where can i find info on bonding and mating senegal parrots?

I have two orange bellied senegal parrots and would like to mate them but dont know how, can any one give me some info?

Are you sure they are male and female?

Do you know you must by law band the babies?

Do you have a big enough cage to house them?

Do you know how to hand feed the babies?

Do you have a brooder?

These are all the things that you have to think of before putting a pair together!!
